BSMRAU holds meeting on service delivery

Organized by Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU), a tri-monthly coordination meeting of departments under service delivery-2 was held at the IQAC seminar room of the university on Monday.

BSMRAU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Giasuddin Mia was the chief guest at the event while Treasurer Prof. Tofail Ahmed was the special guest and IQAC Director Prof. Dr. Md. Abiar Rahman was in the chair.

The chief guest said, “Service delivery makes it easier for the service receiver to get the service through commitment. It is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure that the service recipient is satisfied with the service and to take necessary measures to address any impediments. Everyone should be aware that the university can retain the top position in the future as in the past years in the implementation of APA.”

All faculty deans and heads of departments were present in the meeting. Additional Director of IQAC Dr. Asif Reza Anik moderated the event.
