Dr. Zillur Rahman visits project of RDC in Moheshpur

Bangladesh NGO Foundation’s managing director NDC (former additional secretary) Dr. Zillur Rahman visited the special project of voluntary organization RDC of Moheshpur.
Under the chairmanship of Human Rights Organization RDC Executive Chief Abdur Rahman, a discussion meeting was held to improve the quality of life of small ethnic groups and families by distributing free cows to them and preventing suicide, child marriage and student dropout.

Bangladesh NGO Foundation’s managing director NDC (former additional secretary) Dr. Zillur Rahman spoke as the chief guest on the occasion. Former Principal Narkelbaria Degree College and Human Rights Promotion Council Jhenaidah District Branch Md. Aminur Rahman Tuku, EDAB Jhenaidah District Branch President Md. Mizanur Rahman, Fatepur UP Chairman Golam Halder Nantu, Fatepur UP Former Chairman Sirajul Islam Siraj spoke as special guests.

Among others, Fatepur UP member Ashadul Islam, Fatepur Ghazirannesa Girls School Headmaster Abul Kalam Azad and others spoke. At this time, the speakers discussed various educational issues to improve the quality of life of small ethnic groups, families and prevent student dropout including suicide, child marriage, and in addition to increasing women’s education in the country, women participate in all activities, so they advised female students to continue their studies and take higher education.

Finally, the chief guest said in his speech that he will work for the improvement of the quality of life of the helpless common people and minority groups and families. He gave awareness advice to the students to prevent suicide and child marriage. He expressed his satisfaction with all the activities of Maheshpur RDC and at the same time advised the parents not to give child marriage to girls due to high suicide rate in Jhenaidah district and wished for the improvement of this organization.
