‘Bangladesh Career Olympiad’ is coming

Gazi Mizanur Rahman is a well-known face on social media due to writing books on BCS, motivational talks and career guidance. This time he is appearing with ‘Bangladesh Career Olympiad’ to increase career awareness and skills of students. Where there will be 3 categories. Secondary for students of class IX-X, Higher Secondary for class XI-XII, and Tertiary for those who have studied in Honours-Masters and degrees and are under the age of 30 years.

Gazi Mizanur Rahman wants to deliver ‘Bangladesh Career Olympiad’ to almost all the schools, colleges and universities in the 64 districts and 495 upazilas and metropolitan areas of Bangladesh. Committees have already been formed at the district and upazila levels.

Gazi Mizanur Rahman said about the type of questions of Career Olympiad, ‘9th and 10th questions will be from the text book. 11th and 12th Bengali and English questions will be from text book and general knowledge will be Bangladesh liberation war, Bangabandhu, language movement, national achievements will be questions from there. And math questions will be from the maths they have done from sixth to tenth class. There will be no syllabus for Bengali, English, General Knowledge and Mathematics questions for Tertiary i.e. Hons-Masters-Degree category. However, in the field of general knowledge, there will be Bangladesh issues, language movement, Bangabandhu, liberation war.

Gazi Mizanur said, ‘Students of the country are not aware of their careers. I have planned to launch such an Olympiad from that idea. Bangladesh has maths olympiad, physics olympiad, science olympiad etc. but this is the first olympiad specifically about career. As a motivational speaker, Gazi Mizanur Rahman also talks about career and other topics. Moreover, he tries to give inspiration to the depressed in various ways
