Traffic will be limited on the road in front of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital for a total of 7 hours from next Friday (May 12) from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next day May 13.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) issued a public notification in this regard on Wednesday.
According to the notification, all types of traffic will be restricted on the road ahead for 7 hours due to the construction work of the runway in front of the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
At this time, heavy and cargo vehicles have been requested to use alternative roads instead of airport roads.
Earlier, traffic was restricted on the road in front of the airport from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am the following day on May 5.
