RAB-3 arrested Md. Billal Hossain (45), the master of the notorious drug gang from Jatrabari area of the capital, along with 172 bottles of phensydl.
The master of the notorious drug dealer gang from Maniknagar Golapbagh area under Jatrabari police station of the capital. Md. Billal Hossain (45), father Md. Hazrat Ali, Sang-Dogail west region, Thana-Demra, DMP, Dhaka was arrested by Rapid Action Battalion-3 on 09/06/2023 at 2210 hours along with 172 bottles of Phensydl and 1 motorcycle. . This was confirmed by RAB-3 captain Lt. Col. Arif Mohiuddin Ahmed, PPM (Service), BGBM, PBGM, PSC.
The acting captain said that the arrested accused confessed to his actions. For a long time, he has been buying and selling phensydl from different border areas of the country in various innovative ways and keeping it in his custody in different areas of the capital. Most of the time he delivers drug consignments on motorcycles. Several syndicates are involved in the drug trade of the arrested accused. RAB operation is ongoing to arrest them. Legal action has been taken against the arrested accused.
