Building owners did not follow the instructions of Rajuk

There are allegations against the land owner of construction of building without following the rules of Rajdhani Unnoyon Kotripokkho (RAJUK) and false documents. Construction work is going on without ignoring multiple notices. The pace of work does not stop after the evacuation.

Harunur Or Rashid, Am-Muktar of Hasina Gong, Faidabad Govt. Primary School Road, Dakshinkhan of the capital, has been accused of continuing the work despite serving multiple notices. On the last 4th of December 22, Rajuk demolished it by evicting it. According to information from the notice source, Hasina Khatun Gong CS 206 and RS 607 has sold her own land along with other land to a developer company through fake documents. The document through which the building company passed the plan of the ten-story building from Rajuk. Reliable sources say that Hasina Khatun is an American expatriate, she gave Am-Muktar to Harun Or Rashid, Harun Or Rashid sold the land to Suryamukhi Space Tin, a developer company. However, although Hasina Khatun’s land is 4 kathas, Hasina Khatun sold a total of eight kathas of land including four kathas of other people through a fake deed. Suryamukhi Space Tin, a developer company, passed the plan of a ten-storey house from Rajuk on the basis of that document. When the neighboring land owner informed Rajuk that his land had been sold to someone else, Rajuk went to the site and gave a notice to suspend the work as the land did not match the plan. A developer company called Suryamukhi Space Tin has not obeyed the third notice after eviction from Rajuk under construction  Bhavan and suspended all activities.

No one from Suryamukhi Space tin Company was available for comment on this matter. When contacted on the phone with one of the company named Khosru Chowdhury, he said that we are talking to Rajuk regarding the above.

When asked about this matter, Hasina Gong’s Am Muktar Harun ur Rashid said, I sold the land in 2020 through Safkabla deed. I don’t see any reason to issue a notice in my name. The notice will come in the name of those who bought the land.

To find out about the incident, Rajuk Zone 2/1 Authorization Officer, Engineer Palash Sikder went to his office for two days but he was not found. However, the sender of that notice, building inspector of Rajuk 2/1 Md. Masudur Rahman said, we have given notice several times, evicted them last year, we have also given notice this year to stop their work. As they do not obey any notice. Rajuk will take difficult decisions in the future. He also said that the operation will be conducted again through the Executive Magistrate in a few days.
