Members of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the police arrested Khulna’s 3 Doctors Coaching Center Advisor Dr. Yunus Khan Tarim from Khulna on Friday morning, said Khulna Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge Hasan Al Mamun.
According to the police, Dr. Yunus Khan Tarim allegedly leaked medical college admission test question papers. In this way, he earned crores of takas in the last 16 years through his owned coaching center.
According to sources, this coaching center in Khulna gives chances to unqualified students to take admission in medical colleges. For this they take Tk 35 to 40 lakh per person.
According to intelligence reports, none of those who did coaching in this coaching center got GPA-5 in SSC and HSC but got 73 marks in the admission test. One got 73.25 marks. The report quoted a principal of a medical college as saying that the education and knowledge of those students were so poor that it was incomprehensible how they could pass such a tough test as the medical admission test.
Khulna Sadar Police Station OC Hasan Al Mamun said that the doctor has been arrested for allegedly being involved in the leaking of medical college admission test questions.
