Health Minister Zahid Maleque said that the people of the country will be given the 4th coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine dose. People over the age of sixty will receive the fourth dose earlier.
The health minister said this at a function organized on the occasion of World AIDS Day at Osmani Auditorium in the capital on Thursday morning.
He said we have the vaccine. We have spoken to the Prime Minister about the fourth vaccination dose. The technical committee also agreed on vaccination.
Mentioning that the corona infection is increasing again in several countries including China and Japan, he said, we have to be careful. Although the infection rate in the country is relatively low.
Referring to less than 30,000 corona deaths in the country, the health minister said, “We don’t want even one death.”
