At one stage, the engine broke down and the trawler floated uncontrollably. Unfortunately, the trawler lost its functioning capacity due to the engine problem and it entered into the deep sea.

On April 28, 2023, when the damaged fishing trawler came under mobile network, the fishermen informed the administration for rescue assistance, but the fishermen failed to ensure their location.
