DU holds polls of Senate Registered Graduate

The election of 25 registered graduate representatives in the Dhaka University Senate-2023 was held in a fair and peaceful manner at Dhaka University Student-Teacher Center, Dhaka University Club, Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building and Physical Education Center on Saturday. University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman visited these centers. Counting of votes will be done at Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhavan today (Sunday) at 10 am and the results will be announced after the counting. Dhaka University Treasurer Professor Mumtaz Uddin Ahmed served as the Chief Presiding Officer of the election. It is to be noted that the voting for registered graduate representative election was held outside Dhaka on March 4, 2023 in 29 centers, on March 11, 2023 in 9 centers and on March 14, 2023 in 4 centers. The number of voters in this election is 59,320.
