According to local sources, the real name of the accused is Osman Gani Dalim. He has so far produced a total of 5 passports with false information. Although his birth registration number was given in that passport, no information was found against that birth registration number.
After interrogation, RAB said that the Malaysian government banned his stay in the country and canceled his passport due to his involvement in various crimes in Malaysia. The Malaysian government is looking for him to bring him under the law. The accused realized this and produced a new passport with a completely new name. Later he procured a driving license and permanent residency card etc. In this way, he has been freely staying in Malaysia for almost two decades and carrying out various criminal activities.
