Man Dies from Electrocution in Jhenaidah

A man died after being electrocuted in Sarabaria area under Kaliganj upazila of the district today. The deceased was identified as Jahangir Hossain, 35, son of Akbar Biswas, a  resident of Sarabaria area of the upazila. Jahangir came in contact with an electric wire while he was starting an electric motor for watering his seedbed around 12.30 pm.He was taken to Kaliganj Upazila Health Complex where the on-duty doctors declared him dead. Officer-in-Charge of Kaliganj Police Station (Investigation) Mofazzel Hossain confirmed the matter.
