Training on spice farming tech expansion begins

Organized by the Sreemangal Upazila Agriculture Department, a two-day farmers’ training course under the Spices Improved Breed and Technology Extension Project has started at the Sreemangal Upazila Farmers’ Training Center in the district at 11 am on Wednesday.

Moulvibazar Department of Agricultural Extension Additional Deputy Director Md Farhad Mia, Upazila Agriculture Officer Agriculturist Md Alauddin and Sub-Assistant Agriculture Officer Md Masukur Rahman were present as the resource persons in the training.

Sixty farmers of the upazila participated in the training. Out of these, 40 were male farmers and 20 female farmers.
