Coordination Meeting of Assistant Commissioners Held on Implementation of Rajuk's DAP

A crucial coordination meeting was held in the capital on Thursday to ensure the proper implementation of the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) by RAJUK, in accordance with the land allocation policy. All Assistant Commissioners (Land) from across the DAP-covered areas participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by retired Additional Secretary and Head of the Committee, Mr. Moniruzzaman. Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman, Additional Secretary (Field Administration Division), Ministry of Land, attended the event as the special guest.

Other attendees included the Committee's Member Secretary and Joint Secretary Dr. Md. Alam Mostafa, Joint Secretary (Field Administration) of the Ministry of Land Nasrin Jahan, and other senior officials from the ministry. The meeting featured discussions on land allocation activities under the DAP framework and the implementation process at the field level. Participating officials shared real-world challenges, field-level experiences, and practical solutions. At the conclusion of the session, all concerned officials emphasized the need to make the land allocation process more transparent, policy-driven, and citizen-friendly.
