RAJUK Chairman Meets Local Residents Near Jindapark in Purbachal
A day-long exchange meeting was held with local residents at Jindapark in Purbachal under the jurisdiction of the Capital Development Authority (RAJUK). The meeting took place on Jindapark and was chaired by RAJUK Chairman Engineer Md. Riaz ul Islam.
During the meeting, the RAJUK Chairman listened to the opinions of local residents regarding the management and development activities of Jindapark and discussed various facilities and challenges faced by them. At the same time, he outlined RAJUK’s future development plans for Purbachal and the surrounding areas. The local residents welcomed the Chairman’s on-site visit and initiatives and expressed appreciation for RAJUK’s ongoing development activities in Purbachal.
After the exchange meeting, the RAJUK Chairman, along with the inspection team, visited various facilities located within Jindapark. He inspected the construction works of the ongoing structures on-site and, as a skilled civil engineer, explained construction-related deficiencies to the concerned personnel. He also provided hands-on guidance to ensure the quality and standard of the buildings.
On the occasion, the RAJUK Chairman stated, “Ensuring complete safety during the construction of buildings in a visitor-friendly place like Jindapark is extremely important. If necessary, expert teams from RAJUK and the Ministry of Housing and Public Works will conduct on-site inspections and provide required technical assistance and guidance.”
The meeting was also attended by the RAJUK Member (Estate and Land), Member (Development Control), Member (Development), Chief Engineer, Chief Town Planner, directors, and officials and employees from various levels of RAJUK.
