The government is providing all necessary support for each of the deceased and injured in the plane crash at Milestone School and College in the capital. “The names and identities of the deceased are being verified and documented. For the bodies that remain unidentified, DNA tests are being conducted to confirm their identities,” read a press release published on the Chief Adviser’s official Facebook page on Tuesday.

"Top-level medical arrangements have been made at several hospitals in Dhaka to ensure proper treatment for the injured,” it added.“We are observing with concern that certain groups are spreading disinformation, claiming that casualty figures are being concealed. We strongly assert that these claims are false,” the press release stated. It further said, “The Government of Bangladesh, the Army administration, school authorities, and hospital officials are working together to publish a complete and accurate list of those killed and injured in this tragic incident.”

The statement urged, “If anyone you know is still missing due to this accident, please contact the school authorities immediately. A control room is being set up for this purpose. Efforts are also underway to verify whether anyone is still unaccounted for by reviewing the school’s registry books and other official records.”
