E-Return Filing Training Held at Petrobangla

An “E-Return Filing Training” program was held today at the Dr. Habibur Rahman Auditorium of Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla).

The training session was presided over by Mr. S. M. Mahbub Alam, Director (Administration) of Petrobangla. Resource persons for the event were Mr. Md. Mostafa Nurul Islam, Programmer, e-Tax Management Unit, National Board of Revenue (NBR), and Mr. A. K. M. Ahsan Habib, Assistant Programmer, Tax Zone-2, Dhaka.

A total of 86 officials and employees from different levels of Petrobangla participated in the day-long training. Participants were provided with detailed guidance on the process of e-return filing, required information, and various practical aspects of online tax management.

In his speech, Mr. S. M. Mahbub Alam stated, “In the era of digital tax management, acquiring skills in e-return filing is essential for every employee. Through this training, Petrobangla officials will be better equipped to efficiently handle tax-related tasks.” At the end of the session, certificates were distributed among the participants.
