FORTRESS Handover Flats in Golfview Project
FORTRESS has achieved another important milestone in the housing sector. The company has officially handed over the flats of its much-awaited housing project ‘GOLFVIEW BY FORTRESS’ to its customers. The flat handover of the project was completed through a ceremony organized on Friday (June 26). On this occasion, senior officials of FORTRESS, project customers and invited guests were present.
At the ceremony, FORTRESS’ Founder and Chairman Lutfor Rahman Opu said, the ‘Golfview’ project, built in a beautiful environment adjacent to the golf course, has been planned and implemented keeping in mind the needs of modern living. The project has a combination of contemporary architecture, advanced construction standards, aesthetic design and comfortable housing facilities. In addition, the surrounding green nature and open environment will create opportunities for a peaceful life for the residents.

At the ceremony, Land Owner Retired Lieutenant Colonel Atiqul Haque Chowdhury said, the successful implementation of the Golf View project and the handover of the flat is a moment of joy. Fortress has completed the project with great professionalism and honesty. The keys were officially handed over to the flat owners at the ceremony. At that time, the new residents expressed their satisfaction with the construction quality and environment of the project.
FORTRESS' Planning and Development Control Director Md. Mizanur Rahman, Operations Director Md. Zahid Hasan Niloy, and Capital Management Director Md. Faruk Hossain were also present at the flat handover ceremony.
