GLOBAL INFRAESTATE CONCLAVE 2026

The Global INFRAESTATE Conclave 2026 was held in Dhaka, bringing together leading stakeholders from the infrastructure, real estate, investment and future urban development sectors and policy makers. Organized by Arena for Global Engagement Limited (AGE), the central theme of the conclave was “Building Future Cities through Innovation, Sustainability and Global Collaboration.”

Leaders and representatives from the government and private sectors, real estate, financial institute, urban planning, infrastructure, academia, technology and international investment participated in the conclave. The key objective was to move beyond the traditional property-centric approach and create the foundation for an integrated, modern and future-oriented real estate ecosystem in Bangladesh by connecting technology, policy, planning, ESG and access to capital.

The conclave featured four important sessions focusing on the future of Bangladesh’s real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The first session focused on Sustainable Development & ESG, covering green buildings, net-zero development and climate-resilient infrastructure. The second session, Global Real Estate Outlook, addressed AI-powered property valuation, digital marketing, cybersecurity in smart buildings, and international market trends and investment opportunities in Asia. The third session focused on Affordable Housing, covering housing finance, public housing, inclusive urban development and affordable housing policies. The fourth session, themed “From Property to Ecosystem,” explored local economic investment, macroeconomic changes, urbanization, demographic trends and international investment opportunities.

Mr. Shadman Sakib Anik of ESG Institute Bangladesh, Mr. Sopon Pronchokchai (Thailand) of FIABCI Thai Chapter, Mr. F. R Khan of Ananta & BTI, Mr. Tanvir Shahriar Rimon of ACI Properties presented the Keynotes while Mr. Ashraful Islam of RAJUK, Clayton Wade (USA) of Premier Homes RE. Co. Ltd. Mr. Shamim Z Bosunia of BUET and Ms. Humaira Azam of LangkaBangla Finance chaired the sessions.

With this objective, the Global INFRAESTATE Conclave 2026 served as an important platform for knowledge exchange, connectivity and creating new opportunities for cross-border collaboration in the real estate and infrastructure development.
