Amra BNP Paribar Extends Greetings to Ruhul Kabir Rizvi

Amra BNP Paribar, a platform dedicated to the BNP and its supporters, has greeted newly appointed acting secretary general of the BNP Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.

Amra BNP Paribar Convener and Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman and its Member Secretary Krishibid Moksedul Momin Mithun extended their greetings to the newly appointed acting secretary general, who is also a chief adviser to the platform, said a press release issued on Thursday night.

“The appointment to such an important position in the party is a unique recognition of his long political struggle, sacrifice, sincerity, organisational efficiency and dedication to democracy. We believe that his experience and wisdom will also make the BNP more united and stronger,” the release said.

Appreciating Rizvi’s role, the release added that he has set a shining example of courage, sacrifice and unwavering determination in the democratic movement against authoritarianism and fascism throughout his long political journey.

His role in the struggle to establish human rights and democracy is a source of inspiration for BNP leaders and activists, said the press release.
