KU VC Congratulates President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir

Vice-Chancellor of Khulna University Prof. Dr. Md Rezaul Karim congratulated the newly elected President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.

In a congratulatory message, he said his (Alamgir’s) assumption of office as the President had opened up a new chapter in the country’s constitutional and democratic journey.

The KU Vice-Chancellor expressed the hope that the President, as Chancellor of the country’s universities, would play an important role through his guidance and patronage in enriching higher education and expanding opportunities for research and innovation.

“Under the President’s leadership and guidance, universities would play a more effective role in education, research, national development and human welfare,” he said.

KU Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Harunor Rashid Khan and Treasurer Prof Dr Md Nurunnabi also extended their congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected President.
