3 businesses fined Tk 18,000 in Agailjhara

A mobile court drive conducted by the District Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) Assistant Director Sumi Rani Mitra at Poysarhat Bazar in Agailjhara Upazila of the district on Sunday afternoon fined 3 business establishments Tk 18,000. Law enforcement agencies assisted her.

At that time, three business establishments, including Sikder Pharma was fined Tk 4,000, Bismillah Telecoms Tk 6,000 and Munna Hazra Oil Traders Tk 8,000 for not having a pricelist and selling expired products. Upazila Sanitary Inspector Suklal Sikder and SI Md Mohsin Miah were present at that time.
