BNP leader extends help to ailed singer Kangalini Sufia

Former Dhaka District BNP joint general secretary and Savar Municipality Mayoral candidate Lion Md Khorshed Alam extended his hand in providing medical care to internationally renowned folk singer Kangalini Sufia.
On Saturday morning, he along with party leaders and activists went to the rented house of the ailing Kangalini Sufia in Jamsing area of Savar Municipality to inquire about her physical condition and extended his hand in providing medical care.
At that time, the artist expressed her gratitude to BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman and BNP for providing medical care.
BNP leader Khorshed said, “As part of our leader Tarique Rahman’s guidance, we are standing by the side of various sick people in Savar with medical care. As part of that, today, we came to the house of artist Kangalini Sufia and provided financial assistance on behalf of BNP.”
Among others, Munibur Rahman Champak, councilor candidate of Ward No. 1 of the municipality, Md Yar Rahman Ujjal of Ward No. 2, Mosharraf Hossain Molla of Ward No. 8, Md Yunus Khan of Ward No. 7, and leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations were present.
It is worth noting that Kangalini Sufia has been living a subhuman life due to old age-related diseases for a long time.
