Dr Elias Molla MP made a surprise visit to Alfadanga Upazila Health Complex & Rural Electricity Sub-zonal Office

Faridpur-1 MP Professor Dr Elias Molla made a surprise visit to Alfadanga Upazila Health Complex and Rural Electricity Sub-zonal Office in Faridpur to ensure public welfare and quality of service. He visited the spot from 11 am to 1 pm on Tuesday and listened to the complaints of the common people and gave strict instructions to the officials. In a meeting with AGM Ashish Kumar Roy at the Rural Electricity Office, the MP said that unannounced load shedding will not be accepted by keeping the people in the dark. He urged to inform the specific schedule of load shedding in advance and stop additional electricity bills and customer harassment.

The AGM said that efforts are being made to resolve the inconsistencies in the bill by verifying them and discussing them with the higher authorities. Later, the MP went to the Upazila Health Complex and supervised the presence of doctors and expressed anger over the overall mismanagement.

He visited the wards and inquired about the patients and gave strict instructions to improve the quality of medical services and ensure regular services. During the visit, he was accompanied by Upazila Jamaat Ameer Maulana Kamal Hossain, Nayeb Ameer SM Ridwanunnabi, Secretary SM Hafizur Rahman and Upazila President of Islami Chhatra Shibir Md Jabed Hossain along with local Jamaat-Shibir leaders.
