Two Held with Choco+, Yaba in Lalmonirhat and Rangpur

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 in separate raids seized 100 bottles of Phensedyl-like Choco Plus syrup and 940 pieces of Yaba tablets and arrested two alleged drug peddlers from Lalmonirhat and Rangpur on Monday. On a tip-off, a team of RAB-13 from Rangpur in a raid seized 100 bottles of Phensedyl-like Choco+ syrup and arrested one person from Madanpur village under Aditmari police station of Lalmonirhat at 5 pm, a press release said this afternoon. 

The detainee is Shariful Islam, 35, of village Dakshin Jawrani under Hatibandha police station of Lalmonirhat district.  In another raid  RAB-13 from Rangpur seized 940 pieces of contraband Yaba tablets and arrested a man from village Islampur under Mithapukur police station of Rangpur district at 7 pm on Monday. The arrestee is Md Abdul Sobhan, 37, of village Pradhanabad Shimultali under Debiganj police station of Panchagarh district.
