Undemocratic fascist, human rights violator and illegal Govt that looted wealth of the poor & helpless people
The organization's director Mohammad Mominul Haque made the claim at a news briefing. In a written statement, Mominul Haque said that since 2009, an undemocratic fascist, human rights violator and illegal government that looted the wealth of the poor and helpless people was in power in Bangladesh. They had created a looting and exploiting group like other fascist governments in the world. This group, along with some government military and civilian officials, dishonest businessmen and terrorist politicians, took away the right to vote and life of 85 percent of the people through corruption.
Mominul also said that in the last 16 years, the beneficiaries of the authoritarian government who fled $15 to $17 billion every year, or a total of $256 billion, have illegally laundered money to countries such as Canada, America, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, etc. In 2022, two organizations from Norway and America published. It was said that 398 corrupt government officials, political leaders and businessmen of the illegal government of Bangladesh had laundered hundreds of millions of dollars and bought 641 real estate properties in Dubai. In addition, 252 government officials, police, military, politicians and businessmen had laundered illegal assets to America. In addition, several hundred government officials, police, military, politicians and businessmen had laundered illegal assets to Canada:

Mominul Haque said that in July-August, 2,500 to 3,000 students were killed in just two weeks to suppress the student and public movement in Bangladesh. In addition, more than 35,000 people are seriously injured and are recovering. It is known that the families of those martyred in the revolution and those seriously injured have not yet received the expected medical care and compensation or justice for rehabilitation.
To hold accountable the authoritarian and corrupt regime of Bangladesh initiate urgent measures to fully implement The Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability act 2016, The Elie Wiesel Genocide and Atrocities Prevention Act of 2018, OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, 1997-2021, the Global Fragility Act-2019, U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the ENABLERS Act, 2022, United Nations Convention against Corruption, 2003 (UNCAC), UK's Bribery Act 2010, EU anti-corruption Framework, 2022 and (Article 67, 83 & 325 of TFEU), Canada Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, 1998, Bill 5-14.

Muminul Haque said that the then privileged businessmen, politicians and government bureaucrats committed various types of corruption, irregularities, looting and human rights violations to sustain the illegal government. Therefore, we believe that wherever they are, they must be identified and urgent steps must be taken to confiscate their illegally acquired wealth and return it to the poor and helpless people. Along with this, arrangements must be made for their trial.
