BGB Seizes Large Consignment of Smuggled Indian Goods from Border Areas
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) today recovered huge Indian smuggled goods from different border areas of Sadar and Kolaroa upazilas here. On a tip-off, several teams of BGB raided Lakhidaru, Karlvert and Kaliani areas of Sadar upazila and recovered huge Indian smuggled medicines.
Besides, separate teams of BGB raided in Gerakhali and Bhadiali in Kolaroa upazila and recovered smuggled Indian liquor and cosmetics. Satkhira Battalion (33 BGB) Commander Lt. Col. Md. Ashraful Haque confirmed the matter.
