Mohammad Bari is a beloved and respected actor whose performances on stage, in TV dramas, and in films have been widely enjoyed by audiences. For the past four decades, he has worked primarily on stage and in TV dramas and films.

Mohammad Bari's journey on stage began with Dhaka Padatik. After spending some time with this troupe, his mentor S. M. Solaiman founded a new theatretroupe called AnyodalNatyasampradaya. Later, in 1992, S. M. Solaiman went on to found Theater Art Unit. Bari first acted on stage for this troupe under Solaiman's direction in the play ‘Court Martial’. In 2017, Bari parted ways with this troupe and founded his own theatre troupe, Anuswar. Mohammad Bari's directorial debut on stage was the play SomayerProyojone.

Mohammad Bari said, "The love I have received from audiences over four decades of acting on stage, in TV dramas, and in films is a great achievement for me as an artist. But for me, the stage always comes first — whether it is directing or acting. Since I have been involved with the stage since my teenage years, my love for it runs very deep."
