Teknaf Police Arrest Suspect with 60,000 Yaba Tablets
Coast Guard has recovered around 60,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets worth about Taka three crore from Katabuniya Char area in Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar district. They also arrested a man for his alleged involvement in peddling drugs from the spot, said Coast Guard media wing officer Lieutenant Commander Siam-ul-Haq today.
On a tip-off, a team of Coast Guard raided in the area in the early hours of today and arrested the man along with the yaba tablets. Legal action has been taken in this regard.
