Aparajito 24 Foundation Stands by the Injured of the July 36 Movement

Aparajito 24 Foundation, a voluntary organization, is working tirelessly to ensure proper medical treatment, rehabilitation, employment, and rights for the students and citizens injured during the July 36 movement. This information was shared by the organization's policymakers at a discussion event held today at a convention hall in Banani.

Dr. Parveen Rahman, President of the organization, stated, “The courage and sacrifice shown by students and citizens during the July 36 movement will remain forever memorable in the history of Bangladesh. The nation can never repay this debt.”

Former advisor Rasheda K Chowdhury added, “We are sending the injured abroad for advanced medical treatment at the foundation’s expense. We are also arranging long-term rehabilitation and employment opportunities for them.”

Major General (Retd.) Aziz, also present at the event, said that most members of the organization are retired professionals and expatriates. Even though they could not physically join the movement, they find fulfillment in serving those who were injured.

At the event, the parents and children of the martyrs of the July 36 movement shared emotional memories and expressed deep gratitude to the foundation for their compassionate efforts.

The mother of a martyred youth, overcome with emotion, said, “My child is no longer with us, but those standing by the injured today feel like they have taken on my child’s responsibility.”

The foundation affirmed its commitment to expanding its efforts in the future. Aparajito 24 Foundation plans to continue supporting the families of martyrs and the injured by providing financial stability, education, healthcare, and other essential services.

 International Chess Grandmaster Rani Hamid, Director of the National Institute of Ophthalmology Dr. Khair Ahmed Chowdhury, Shahriar Akhtar Haque Don, Saiful Islam Duke, among others were also present..
The event was held in an emotional atmosphere, where all attendees agreed that this noble initiative to stand by the injured and the families of the martyrs must be carried forward on a broader scale.
