Canal cleaning program in Darussalam On occasion of BNP's 47th founding anniversary

On the occasion of BNP's 47th founding anniversary, on the instructions of national hero Tarique Rahman and at the initiative of Dhaka-14 constituency leader Mostafa Jaglul Pasha Papel, a canal cleaning program was held on September 7, 2025, from Mirpur Shah Ali Mazar to Gabtoli Technical Intersection.

Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP members Hafizul Hasan Shuvro, Hanif Mia, former Jubo Dal joint convener Khalil Chowdhury, BNP leader Kazi Liton, Md Taufiqur Rahman Chowdhury Tuhin, Shafayet Rabbi Arafat, Md Shamim Mia (General Secretary, Central Executive Committee, Bangladesh National Pharmacy Association), Darus Salam Thana BNP joint conveners Alamgir Hossain Bhutto and Yasin Ali, among others, were present at the program.

In addition, Darus Salam Thana Sramik Dal convener Golam Rasul Parvez, Mirpur Bangla College member secretary Faisal Reza, Ward 10 BNP general secretary Mosharraf Hossain Ratan, Senior Vice President Shahen Shah Shahin, Jubo Dal leaders Selim Mia, Zahirul Islam Zahir, and numerous leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliates were present.

Such an initiative has created joy and enthusiasm among the local people. They said that no public representative has ever directly undertaken such a program before. They expressed hope that this initiative will have a positive impact on future politics.

The locals also said that they are grateful that public leader Mustafa Jaglul Pasha Papel is working for the people from the ground. If the nationalist BNP's affiliate organizations conduct public welfare activities like this, then the future Bangladesh will be a country of peace, prosperity and development.
