The Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) has emerged as the central architect behind the successful launch of the Laldia Container Terminal demonstrating Bangladesh’s ability to structure and secure large-scale, globally competitive PPP projects with full government ownership and zero public debt.

The milestone has positioned PPPA as a trusted institution capable of delivering complex infrastructure through transparent processes, international standards and effective negotiation.
